Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the l4445 platform and all its services. The following terms are used in this document:

• "Platform" means the l4445 website, app, and all digital services.
• "User" means any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.
• "Services" means sports betting, casino games, and other entertainment activities offered through l4445.

• Registering with false or fraudulent information will result in the account being permanently closed, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

l4445 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. National ID card or passport details may be requested if necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Age Limit & Eligibility

At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. If it is later proven that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. These details should not be shared with any third party.

4.1 User Responsibilities

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used for transactions on l4445: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if there is any suspicious activity on the account.

5.4 Transaction Verification

l4445 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial transaction. Transactions may be placed on hold or additional information may be requested if necessary. International-standard anti-money laundering regulations are followed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

l4445 offers bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total playing balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳17,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to withdraw from your account before the bonus conditions are fulfilled may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• l4445 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if misuse is suspected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the interest of the platform's fair operation and the safety of all users:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Registering using false or forged information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Conducting any activity intended to harm other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting erroneous odds or gaming errors for an advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or acting as an intermediary for commission.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Assets

All content on the l4445 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and all other elements — is covered by l4445's intellectual property rights.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, redistributing, or using any l4445 content for commercial purposes.
• Using the platform's logos or trademarks without permission.
• Attempting to reverse engineer l4445's software.
• Operating any website, page, or channel in the name or identity of l4445.

Limitation of Liability

l4445 is an entertainment platform. Game outcomes depend entirely on chance and no guarantee of winnings can be given.

9.1 Scope of Limitations

• l4445 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors or internet disconnection.
• l4445's liability for software errors from third-party game providers is limited.
• l4445 is not liable for any loss arising from issues with a user's own device or network.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their account details with others is entirely the user's responsibility.

9.2 Service Interruptions

l4445 may temporarily suspend its service for maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be given. No compensation claims will be accepted due to service interruptions.

Termination & Suspension

l4445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

In the event of account closure, the policy of refunding the user's valid deposited funds (excluding bonuses) is followed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between l4445 and a user will be resolved through discussion and mutual agreement.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

• Provide a detailed description of the complaint, along with the relevant dates and transaction IDs.
• The support team will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.

11.2 Final Decision

In resolving disputes, the decision of l4445's senior management team will be considered final, unless both parties agree on another process.

Changes and Updates

l4445 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes as far as reasonably possible.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. For this reason, it is advised to check this page regularly.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
